So I guess it’s been a while since I last published. Kind of forgot what happened in between now and then. Kind of getting a bit of anxiety because school starting soon and I need to prepare. Got to get some textbooks and a new computer which probably won’t happen, the computer I mean. My dad wants me to start a payment plan for it. Which means I need to get a job but it’s hard to find one because no one‘s hiring during a pandemic. Also have to do some back to school work which I haven’t done yet. You should start doing something like Chinese cause I’m gonna be falling behind already. Ordered my textbooks for physics and math off of the book depository online. Going to go pick up My Chinese textbook tomorrow. I’ve been talking to a new girl not talking talking but kind of flirty I guess. Uhhh I got my wall mount installed a few days back and now I got my guitar on my wall which is pretty cool.  Went to Sham Shui Po today to get some adapters for all my china stuff.  The amp and my led lights have a us plug on the end so I need an adapter to plug them in.  I’m thinking of getting an On Air light outside my bedroom to make sure people stop coming into my room.  Other than that, not a lot going on.  Had some really nice smoked ribs tonight, the kind that just fall off the bone.  It was really nice. Let’s see, I kinda just chilled out today.  Picked up my Cheque at the pacific coffee hq then headed over to A&M where I bought some food.  Also went to gateway and bought some refried beans TACO BELL BRAND. What the hell. They literally have Taco Bell branded refried beans in a can.  I was honestly really happy cause I love Taco Bell.  Like a low key addiction whenever I’m in the us.  Also love Arby’s but that’s a story for another day.  Other than that, I just practiced my guitar and ordered a new mount for my bedroom wall. Another day another dollar. Sike I’m still laid off and Pacific Coffee sucks.  It’s kinda late right now and I’m binging the Casey Neistat vlogs again.  I don’t know why it’s just really interesting to watch.  Just a generally cool guy that’s why he’s my favorite YouTuber.  Bummer he doesn’t make the same stuff anymore.  He moved to LA which sucks cause like New York City was his biggest thing.  Anyways not a very interesting day today.  Also hella fun: between now and my last entry, my guitar came so I’m hella excited.  Apparently, it takes 400 hours of practice on anything to gain a basic proficiency so I’m excited to get going. I think it would be cool to shred.  I’m learning the intro to Back in Black which is more difficult than it actually seems.  One problem is that pressing down on the strings especially the high notes it hard and it hurts my fingers.  Apparently I’ll get the callous sooner or later but for now I gotta suck ...

Wow I thought yesterday was a mind fuck.  No it was today.  I texted her in the afternoon just trying to find some closure for the way too sudden break up.  I mean there was literally no warning at all.  I suggested going back to dating, like what we were before we were official. Ah let’s go over a recap of the last couple days.  Saturday: stopped by McDonald’s in the morning to buy violet a hot chocolate on the way to her house.  Had a 10 minute conversation with her dad about rugby, jobs, and their boat.  Spent the day watching Star Wars in bed.  Went home sadly but there it is. I should’ve stayed longer.  Should’ve fucking stayed but no.  I had to leave like a dumbass. PUBLIC FUCKING SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT:  DON’T ORDER FOOD OR DRINKS IF THE STORE IS ABOUT TO CLOSE OR YOU VISIBLY SEE THE EQUIPMENT WASHED OR CLEAN.  It’s literally so damn annoying and it happened today.  I washed and cleaned the espresso machine then some dude decided he needed a cappuccino. So I had to make the group handle, the group head, the drip tray, a shot glass, the steam wand, and a milk jug dirty again just so this douche could have a cappuccino. Asshat.  Then I washed it all and some white guy thought it was okay to order a 4 shot americano meaning I had to make everything dirty again.  After cleaning, a fucking annoying lady decided she needed a latter so I had to run though the whole process again.  It literally kills me to do all of it.  Also another thing that really annoys me is throwing out food.  Every day after work we always have food to throw out because we didn’t plan properly.  And it actually hurts when I throw it into ...

Hi there, dummy. Fun day I guess. SIKE. Boring day as usual at the office.  Perhaps the most interesting thing that happened was I had to walk from HSBC to the peak tram pacific coffee with a wad of $2000 in $20 notes.  Legit walked with a pocket full of cash.  I felt like I was being watched or something.  Anyways I did the closing shift like usual today.  We threw away a lot of food, which really shocked me. Like 11 sausage rolls just dumped in the bin because no one bought them.  I managed to save the sandwiches. Midday blog entry let’s go.  Today my family decided it was fun for all of us to go to the market together which was weird.  Normally it’s my dad and I heading over together but no, Sis and Stepmom had to go to.  Anyways we bought a large salmon which I had to pick up. I used my knife skills to cut the tail piece into sashimi but I failed and decided that you must be Japanese to be able to do it.  I also ordered my strangely cheap guitar off of Tao Bao today. It was ¥480 which is strangely cheap for an entire electric guitar set.  I guess we’ll see.  My dads friend is coming over tonight with his horrible child.  Other then that just another lazy day at the house.  I feel like I should be prepping for school but it’s difficult to find the motivation.  I’ll let you guys know how things go.

So here’s that entry that no ones been asking about.  How’d the date go, Ryan? Well,  it started off a bit awkward I’m not gonna lie.  Buying snacks was a bit weird anyways we got into the theatre I picked the seats in the back corner, smooth. Anyways it was a romantic comedy called the high note. Breaking the touch barrier was a bit difficult at the start however I did the dance, wave and put my arm around her. Then she leaned over. So we kind of watch the whole movie with her laying on my lap which is really nice and we kind of just cuddled the whole movie. Near the end was when we kissed and it was a strange kiss.  Well it wasn’t bad but  it was my first kiss so I didn’t expect it to go well. I leaned over her while she was on my lap and we kissed for about 7 seconds in the dark.  After that we felt a lot more comfortable with each other.  We headed over to Ichiran on the MTR and got food.  We were in there for a while just talking and talking....

So it’s the second of July currently.  One day after the anniversary of the establishment of hk.  Nothing huge happened yesterday because of the new national security law.  Beijing expedited the request overnight and got it approved and basically bypassed all HK legislation.  They put it up the night before establishment day just so they could suppress the protests.  Basically now, any sort of protesting of like any chanting of slogans about hk independence is gone.  They’ve suppressed it so much that we are now essentially china.  Under the reign of a suppressive regime.  Yeah it sucks a lot, I’m not going to be affected by it because I don’t protest but it was a noble cause and now I just don’t feel safe in hk anymore.  It’s a shame.  HK has always been the gateway to China, free of oppressive rule and its enjoyed its own civil liberties.  2 million out of 7 took to the streets and to voice their opinions, as framed in our constit...
