Wow.  It has been an interesting 3 ish years.  Honestly, I nearly forgot about this blog but a part of me kept it going in the back of my head for some reason.  Its currently 2:44 AM and I am currently in bed, in Amsterdam.  To all my faithful followers, I'm sorry there has been some delay with this post but I will attempt to start posting again as I feel like I need a venting place.  However, the real question that must be addressed is what has gone on since my last post?  My whole memorable life I believe.  I met a great group of friends and basically lived out HIMYM for 2.5 ish years.  Violet is long gone and merely but a flesh wound.  I still think back to it but it was a first kiss and I remember it pretty well.  So lets summarise these years, grouping them by when I met major people in my life or major milestones. So damn it’s been a long time. I promise I’m going to post more. Anyways, kinda got shot down with Kate. Bummer, I know.  She’s really cute and got an accent but I guess she just didn’t like me back. She said she was crushing on someone else anyways. It’s alright I guess. Not a lot you can do. I was hella smooth bout it when I asked her out too but it just didn’t work sadly. I’ve essentially switched mainly to acoustic now because it sounds so good. Also because the neck on my really cheap electric guitar is warping and the sound is getting weird. Hmmm well it’s all going pretty well actually. Worked on a project to paint my dining room table with my dad which was fun. It rained which was kind of a pain in the ass but we got there in the end. It’s done now and all set up in the living room. Started talking to someone new. Say her name is Kate. So what’s up with Kate is that she seems like the chill type of person that I’m looking for. More so than Amanda or Violet actually. She’s sweet and very cute but doesn’t see it. She also isn’t scarily skinny which is good and she also loves winter. Perfect, I know right?  Also she loves how I met your mother and for the first time, I’ve found a person who actually likes the Big Bang theory part from me. Strange, yes I know but some of this stuff means a lot. Some reason I feel like posting right about now. Simple post though, kinda like an update. Basically, Amanda and I decided to call things off. I know it’s for the best and kinda got a large wave of relief once it happened. She just wasn’t the right one for me I guess. She was gorgeous but like just wasn’t for me. If that makes sense. I mean she just kinda wanted to mess around and we were different people. I also kinda realized that if I stayed there, she would’ve changed too much from herself and I would too which just isn’t okay at the end of the day. Not much else to say about that. Got an english formative essay coming up which is surprisingly going well. Doing a lot of work and efficiently too. Analysing Persepolis is much easier than a dolls house. Well an update to the situation.  I completely forgot that it was results day so here it is: DT 9(A**) Physics 8 (A*) History 8 (A*) Chemistry 8 (A*) English Language (A) Math 7 (A) Economics 7 (A) Biology 7 (A) Chinese (A) English Literature (B) Average Grade: 7.4 or A+ So as you can tell I’m actually pretty happy with this. Only bad thing was that B and it’s going to be hung over my head for the rest of my life. But anyways I did better than my sister and not going to lie, can’t complain. Did a lot better than most of my year and a lot better than I was expecting. So broke the news to my father who may have been the most unhappy, unappreciative parent on earth. Literally. I sent it to him and instead of being like “Wow that’s great” he said “the grades are 1-9?”  Followed by “Post it on our family chat”. Hmm not a lot going on as usual. Today was the first day of online school which was pretty cool. Chinese class sucked like expected and English also sucked but philosophy was actually really fun. Still talking to Amanda or whatever I called her on here. Going good but that’s about it. Tomorrow got more lessons and I’m learning how to play Georgia on the guitar by Vance Joy. My fingers are growing callouses and it kinda hurts but it seems cool enough. Oh yeah moved around my room and did a lot of stuff like that. Stuffed a lot of stuff under my bed and then moved my desk around to the side and made a kind of backdrop for my calls now. It’s kinda a bummer cause we have to turn on cameras but it feels more connected to others I guess.

Well it’s been a while since I posted I guess. I’ve been talking to this new girl because I’ve gotten over Violet which is cool. Let’s call this new girl Amanda.We used to go to middle school together and we can pick on each other but low-key we had like a thing for each other. Anyways now we started talking and talking and it’s clear that we both kind of want a relationship out of this. I’m excited to see where this thing goes. Not a lot has gone on except for that. School starting on the Thursday coming up which is kind of giving me anxiety because I haven’t started any of the back to school work. I went to IKEA the other day with Toby to get some meatballs and yeah that was about the entire extent of it. Other than that. It’s been a boring week and I’m going to the beach tomorrow with the fam. Today I just went to go replace my phone batter and buy a new phone charger. Okay, so carrying on from last post. I got up this morning and my fam went to sen ryo to get some great sushi. After that we went to the expensive white guy supermarket, CitySuper, then went back home where I proceeded to play on my guitar. My friend, Natalia, who broke up with her bf talked to him again against my advice and they went on and off again. I told her to not talk and to text him for at least a week. Then she decided to tell him she wasn’t sure and she’ll tell him tomorrow what she decided. I told her that was stupid and to tell him a week. And for some reason they got back together and she said she’s gonna be on a social media blackout. So right now, the poor guy thinks that his on and off again relationship  is saved and everyone’s happy while she decides whether or not to carry on. Not the most important thing though. Strange day yesterday I think.  Not a lot went on during the actual day but it all kinda happened at night. Day time, I kinda just practiced my guitar and abandoned my bike at the market.  Okay I know it sounds bad but the bike was really old and this is how I give them away.  I park it by the entrance to the market and it gets taken away by some old dude who probably fixes it and uses it. Anyways I just went back home after that and practice some new songs on my guitar.  I was feeling kind of upset that night so I decided to take one of my infamous walks. I got on the number one bus and headed down to the harbor front and then that’s when my friend Natalia told me she broke up with her boyfriend. It’s a bummer because they were together for ten months or so but honestly the relationship wasn’t good for her. I used to be friends with her bf and he’s a good guy, he’s just a dick sometimes. So I guess it’s been a while since I last published. Kind of forgot what happened in between now and then. Kind of getting a bit of anxiety because school starting soon and I need to prepare. Got to get some textbooks and a new computer which probably won’t happen, the computer I mean. My dad wants me to start a payment plan for it. Which means I need to get a job but it’s hard to find one because no one‘s hiring during a pandemic. Also have to do some back to school work which I haven’t done yet. You should start doing something like Chinese cause I’m gonna be falling behind already. Ordered my textbooks for physics and math off of the book depository online. Going to go pick up My Chinese textbook tomorrow. I’ve been talking to a new girl not talking talking but kind of flirty I guess. Not a lot actually that’s worth reporting.  I’m getting better at the electric guitar.  Like a lot better.  I guess it only comes with sheer repetition. Uhhh I got my wall mount installed a few days back and now I got my guitar on my wall which is pretty cool.  Went to Sham Shui Po today to get some adapters for all my china stuff.  The amp and my led lights have a us plug on the end so I need an adapter to plug them in.  I’m thinking of getting an On Air light outside my bedroom to make sure people stop coming into my room.  Other than that, not a lot going on.  Had some really nice smoked ribs tonight, the kind that just fall off the bone.  It was really nice.
